By no later than January 1, 2012 all nonprofits and charities in Ontario with more than one employee must comply with the Accessibility Standard for Customer Service under the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA).

Training Webinar: Nov. 15, 12-1 pm
This webinar intends to provide guidance to those in your organization responsible for training and/or policy implementation as they develop a program to train staff and volunteers on how to provide accessible customer service to people with disabilities.
