Accessible Customer Service Webinars & Workshop

By no later than January 1, 2012 all nonprofits and charities in Ontario with more than one employee must comply with the Accessibility Standard for Customer Service under the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA).

ENO is hosting three wonderful and free events in November to help you get ready by the January 1st deadline. Join us for our two latest webinars in the four-part ENO series: “How To Make Your Policies Come Alive” and “Training: How, Who and Why”, as well as our last ENO workshop which is being held in Belleville.

Policy Webinar: Nov. 7, 12-1 pm
In this webinar we will explore the essential policy requirements of the standard as well as how to shift the culture of your organization to make your policies and the value of increased accessibility come alive.

Join Constance Exley of the Ontario Nonprofit Network and her guests Janet Mawhinney, CAMH, and Aaron Spodek, FSEAP, for this informative and livey discussion.

Join Constance Exley of the Ontario Nonprofit Network and her guests Lori Flynn,  Ontario Federation of Indian Friendship Centres, and Sonia Dayal, Canadian Cancer Society, Ontario Division as they give you suggestions on how to develop a sustainable and long-term training program.
