Cohort 5: 2023-2025

We are excited to announce the launch of the 5th cohort of CPAMOPOC project (Cultural Pluralism in the Arts Movement Ontario’s Pluralism and Organizational Change). This project, consistent with CPAMO’s values, promotes a transformation in arts practices, and demonstrates the importance of inclusive arts practices in a rapidly shifting arts eco-system. Indigenous and racialized artists and arts organizations, presenters (which includes theatres, publishers, galleries, producers) – need to connect more directly with each other and form trusting and nurturing relationships that support emerging and established arts practices and artists.

Over the next two years, nine participating organizations will not only transform their own organization but also gain the knowledge and skills to deliver anti-racism, equity, pluralism and organizational change sessions to their member organizations. The participating organizations are:
