Please join us for the last of the EnAbling Nonprofits Ontario webinars! On Dec. 5th, from 12-1p.m, Constance Exley, ENO’s Project Manager, is hosting an “Ask the Experts” session. You will have the opportunity to ask the Accessibility Directorate of Ontario’s (ADO) senior staff about anything you need clarification on, or are confused about, regarding the Accessible Customer Service Standard and your compliance with the requirements.
The ADO has been working in partnership with ENO and we are delighted to have as guests on this webinar Alf Spencer, Director, Outreach and Compliance Branch, and Brenda Lewis, Director, Standards, Policy and Coordination Branch. In addition to answering your questions, Alf and Brenda will give webinar participants an update on the Standard, share their experiences so far, and tell us what we can expect come January 1, 2012.
