The Arnold Edinborough Award
Yes!, I’d like to suggest…

Do you know someone under the age of 40 who has demonstrated exemplary leadership and volunteerism in the arts?

You can still suggest your candidate for the 2012 Arnold Edinborough Award. It’s easy- our new process takes less than 30 second to complete.

The winner will be celebrated at Business for the Arts signature art party, The Arnold Party, and receive a cash prize of $5,000 to give to the arts organization(s) of their choice, as well as an original artwork.

2011 Winner Profile:

Our Arnold Edinborough award winner for 2011, Simon Foster, was nominated by the Framework Foundation, a charity he helped co-found. His foundation created the nation-wide Timeraiser events, a series of art auctions that ask patrons to bid their time rather than their money. To date they have raised over 93,000 volunteer hours for charities and have invested almost half a million dollars in the careers of emerging Canadian artists.
