Activist, humorist, novelist and critic Thomas King presents North America with a cutting restatement of history from the point of view of the First Nations of ‘Turtle Island’. The indictments are numerous and outlined in King’s darkly humorous style: King cuts deep ? right to the bone ? but he does it with his usual aplomb and wit.
