After our highly successful US premieres of our double bill Quicksand and Nine performed to packed houses and sustained standing ovations at Wesleyan University in Connecticut, inDANCE is thrilled to announce the Toronto premieres of both works from April 12-14 at the Fleck Dance Theatre in the Harbourfront Centre (207 Queens Quay West, Toronto, M5J 2M6).

Quicksand and Nine are two distinct interpretations of a single idea- nine archetypal emotions performed in two distinct dance languages- post modern and classical. Both works question and challenge the notions of art, identity, sexuality, culture and heritage in today’s global world, creating original, spiced-up, vulnerable journeys into a vivid labyrinth of 9 intense human encounters.
