The multi-Arts Festival and Conference; a positively impactful  and supportive convening in the Arts sector. The festival’s specific focus is on Indigenous, racialized, deaf, disabled and mad, women and other historically – marginalized artists’ communities.  Geared towards meaningful conversations, professional development and sharing strategies in the Arts, this year’s theme for Gathering Divergence Multi-Arts Festival & Conference Fall 2022 | Visioning Canada’s IBPOC Artistic Transformation: Then and Now.

Join us on Wednesday, November 30, 2022 from 6-8pm at the CSI Community Living Room (on the main level at Daniels Spectrum, 585 Dundas St E, Toronto, ON M5A 2B7)

This Gathering Divergence (GD ) Multi-Arts Festival and Conferenc features the publication launch of the Anthology of Visioning Canadian Cultural Transformation: Thoughts from Artists / Arts Workers / Organizations in the Canadian Arts Ecology continuing the conversation, featured articles from invited contributors will center the voice of IBPOC artists and administrators.

The reception and publication launch will feature:

  • Preview of our new publication
  • Refreshments and cash bar
  • Meet and network with artists and arts administrators

Vaccination is not required to attend the reception and publication launch at CSI Community Living Room, all are welcomed to attend who do not have Covid symptoms, did not test positive for Covid or traveled outside of Canada within the last 14 days. Masks are encouraged when not actively eating/drinking. Registration and providing full contact information is required for contact tracing.
